Strict aseptic measures are followed, with continuous airflow filtered by HEPA filters in all theatres. Anesthesia workstations are equipped with the Ohmeda Excel 210 SE, 5250 RGM Respiratory Gas Monitor, H P Monitors, and Siemens ventilators.
Post-surgery, patients are monitored in 20 recovery rooms, each with bedside monitoring systems. A central monitoring station records vital signs, ensuring immediate action in case of emergencies.
Bombay Hospital is the only private hospital recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) for MCH (Cardiac Surgery) post-graduate training, affiliated with Maharashtra University of Medical Sciences (MUHS).
